Requirements to Join Remote Movers
To ensure quality and professionalism across our network, all partner removalists must meet the following standards:
- A current Workplace Health & Safety policy
- Clear drug, alcohol, and fatigue management policies
- Up-to-date driver licences, truck registrations, and maintenance/defect records, plus an incident/risk management plan
- A documented customer complaints procedure
- Customer terms & conditions for service delivery
- Compliance with the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) or equivalent regulations
- An active ABN and GST registration
- Valid Public Liability and Goods in Transit insurance
- A proven online reputation, with at least a 4+ star rating and 50+ genuine reviews
- Workplace health & safety policy
- Drug & alcohol policy
- Fatigue management policy
- Drivers licence register; truck registration, maintenance & defect register & risk/incident register & management plan
- Procedures/policy for handling customer complaints
- Customer terms & conditions
- Comply with HVNL or equivalent
- ABN & be registered for GST
- Public Liability Insurance & Goods in Transit Insurance
- An online presence with a 4+ star rating & a minimum of 20 reviews on review platforms
